1. Switch off the device. 2. Remove the battery. Note that on some Nokia models the battery cannot be removed. 3. After a few seconds, re-insert the battery, and switch on the device.
Reset settings
Restore the original factory settings as explained in the user guide.

- Make sure your device is running the latest software.
- For downloads and assistance, go to europe.nokia.com/softwareupdate
- Remember to back up your contacts and data before updating.
