Phone not working properly? Try the following

Reset the device


1. Switch off the device. 2. Remove the battery. Note that on some Nokia models the battery cannot be removed. 3. After a few seconds, re-insert the battery, and switch on the device.


Reset settings


Restore the original factory settings as explained in the user guide.


Update software

• Make sure your device is running the latest software.
• For downloads and assistance, go to europe.nokia.com/softwareupdate
• Remember to back up your contacts and data before updating.
